This morning I came across a guy who’s been eating raw for over a decade and it wasn’t what you’d expect. t’s not blending five pounds of kale and adding sea moss, hoping for a detox fix. It’s not just crunching celery while everyone else loads up their plates. It’s not sipping wheatgrass through a straw and quoting chlorophyll facts. It’s not living on fruit, tracking enzymes, or moving somewhere tropical to feel legit. And it’s definitely not arguing in raw food groups every time someone mentions steamed broccoli or cooked quinoa.
